Construction deposit / Renovation fund
A construction deposit is a part of your mortgage reserved for renovations.
Een bouwdepot is een potje binnen je hypotheek waarmee je verbouwingen betaalt. You submit invoices to the lender, who pays them from this fund. You often receive interest on the unused amount.
