The Netherlands has hundreds of providers in the field of financial services. It is not possible to request quotes from all these providers for every financial service. Therefore, based on performance measurements and market developments, we periodically select for you those institutions that, in our judgment, offer the best price/performance ratio. Upon your request, we are happy to provide an overview of the providers we include in our advice.

We value doing business honestly! We do everything we can to represent your interests as best as possible. However, if we do make a mistake, you should naturally never be the victim of it. That is why we have taken out professional liability insurance. For you, this provides an extra layer of security.

Advice from Jord and you
For optimal service, it is important that our clients cooperate. Therefore, we ask you, among other things:
– Information about current insurance policies;
– Information about changes in your personal situation;
– To check received documents;
– Honest information.

Professional competence
The quality of our services is largely based on the quality of our employees. Therefore, we continuously invest in this. In addition to their years of experience, our employees have acquired extensive theoretical knowledge. For instance, employees at our firm hold the relevant diplomas in the field of mortgages. This knowledge is kept up to date through both internal and external training, especially in these changing times.

Remuneration
We charge our fees directly to you for our work. We make agreements regarding this prior to providing our services.

Legal position
We have no obligation or production agreement with any provider. Furthermore, it is important for you to know that the shares of our firm are wholly owned by the management. We are completely independent! Dutch law applies to our services.

Complaints
We do our best. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with our services. We hope you will make this known. You can do so by telephone or in writing, addressed to the management. You will receive a response within fourteen working days at the latest. If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can submit your complaint to the Financial Complaints Institute.
